Seis Arechy - CEO
Seis Arechy leads Sain Mamau’s efforts to revitalize health in the pacific. Understanding that health is not an isolated pursuit, he brings a strong dedication to building partnerships and focusing strategy. Seis serves as a member of the foundation’s Board of Directors in his role as CEO.
Born and raised on the outer islands of Chuuk, his passion for his community and cultural understanding informs his management and strategy development. Receiving his Master’s in Business administration, He has over 20 years in leadership with experience in domestic and international organizations, including serving on the Chuuk State Board of Education, and Financial Control Commission for the FSM.
Seis’s professional experience is paired with passionate vision of health and his belief that faith can move mountains.

Lorinda Arechy - Operations Director
Lorinda overseas operational functions including Information Technology, Human Resources, Legal, and Grants and Contracts Services as well as collaborates for program design and development.
Lorinda has over 20+ years experience working in community outreach & education programs. Her diverse community experience includes work in Micronesia, Hawaii and California in education. She has her Master’s in Speech and Language Pathology and possesses varied experience in the medical field including skilled nursing, outpatient, home health, and acute care settings.
Lorinda is currently a practicing CCC-SLP within the medical arena, and is passionate about working with families to holistically improve patient’s quality of life.

Likiren Arechy - Health Director
Likiren Arechy leads the non-profit’s efforts to develop high impact medical programs. He manages the medical outreach program’s development and implementation, health education, as well as collaborates with Sain Mamau’s program design and development.
Likiren has long been passionate about equitable healthcare with experience working with formal and informal community medical programs. His work experience spans pediatrics to geriatrics in management and clinical settings. From medical ships to top domestic hospitals, from Papua New Guinea to US, his breadth of experience informs his management and program oversight.
Likiren holds an MS in Nursing from Touro University and currently works as a travel nurse in the US. He believes in using education combined with decision making opportunities to empower individuals and families.

Dwight Baltzell - Board Member
Dwight Baltzell is an experienced leader with extensive experience in managing international non profits and small business. As a board member, his wealth of experience and knowledge informs and guides Sain Mamau’s vision and strategy.
His background includes 53+ years of ministry as well as international organizational management spanning Europe, Asia, Africa, the Caribbean, and North America countries. Specializing in unification and conflict resolution among diverse cultures, he possesses the ability bring them together for a common purpose and goal.
Dwight strongly believes in the value and potential of each individual, and that all have a special purpose and place within the community.

Jackson Soram - Board Member
Jackson Soram has committed his professional life to private and public service within the Federated States of Micronesia, with over 20 years experience in diplomatic service.
He has extensive experience in working with diverse international groups to resolve challenges affecting the Pacific Island region including climate change, security, development, and fisheries.
Currently, he holds the position of Deputy Chief of Missions for the FSM in Washington DC, and participates the D. C. Pacific Task Force under the guidance of the Office of the Mayor of the District of Columbia (D.C.) He is a former Chairman of the Board of Directors for the National Oceanic Resource Management Authority (NORMA). Mr. Soram is passionately committed to strengthening collaboration to enhance people’s livelihoods.
